Short version: we collect very little, sell nothing, and delete on request.
What we collect
We collect your email address only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, and anonymous pageview counts to understand which guides are useful. We do not run user accounts, sell personal data or build cross-site profiles.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any issue with one click, and the address is removed from the list. We do not rent or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies to remember small preferences. Any analytics we use is configured to count visits without identifying individual readers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to the articles.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, request a copy, correct it or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] and we reply within seven days. If a request is unclear, we will ask for the minimum information needed to find your record.
See our Contact page for other ways to reach us, or the Sitemap for everything else on the site.

Keeping this page current
We review this page when our tools, vendors or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the last substantive edit. If a clause is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it in plain English. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Corrections and questions
If you spot an error, a broken link or a missing attribution, tell us. We aim to reply within three working days. For urgent corrections, put Corrections in the subject line. We publish the fix and note what changed.
